    Any order implies full acceptance of these conditions.

    Photographs are non-contractual.

    4. Prices

    Prices are shown in euros including all taxes.

    ELKIOS reserves the right to modify prices at any time.

    5. Payment

    Payment is secure and processed via Stripe or PayPal.

    Banking details are never stored by ELKIOS.

    6. Delivery

    Metropolitan France

    Free delivery within 24 to 48 hours (excluding exceptional circumstances).

    Italy, Germany, Spain, United Kingdom

    Estimated delivery in 4 to 7 business days.

    Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on carriers, peak periods or events beyond ELKIOS's control.

    ELKIOS cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier.

    7. Use and Safety – Essential clause

    The ELKIOS One PRO robot must be used in accordance with the supplied instructions.

    7.1 Mandatory attachment

    The supplied safety rope must be attached to a solid anchor point before any use.

    7.2 Use at height

    When using at height, on external facades or above a void:

    • It is mandatory to ensure no person is below.
    • No valuable objects, furniture or fragile equipment must be in the operating zone.
    • A safety zone on the ground must be strictly demarcated and kept clear throughout cleaning.
    • The user is solely responsible for fully securing the environment.

    7.3 Liability in case of accident

    In case of a robot fall or incident, regardless of the cause (improper attachment, unsecured environment, external conditions, accidental disconnection, external phenomena or any other event), ELKIOS cannot be held liable for:

    • Personal injury
    • Property damage
    • Indirect damage
    • Financial loss

    The user acknowledges full responsibility for installation and use conditions.

    7.4 Backup battery

    The built-in battery provides temporary safety in case of power failure.

    It does not guarantee permanent adhesion and in no way replaces the obligation to attach and secure the area.

    8. Limitation of liability

    ELKIOS cannot be held liable for damages resulting from:

    • An unsecured environment
    • Use at height without a clear zone
    • Presence of third parties or objects under the operating zone
    • Adverse weather conditions
    • Use not in accordance with the instructions

    ELKIOS's liability is in any case limited to the order amount.

    9. Warranty

    The product benefits from legal warranties of conformity and against hidden defects.

    The warranty does not cover:

    • Impact damage
    • Modifications
    • Normal wear and tear
    • Non-compliance with safety instructions
    • Use in an unsecured environment

    10. Right of withdrawal

    The customer has a legal period of 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal.

    The product must be returned in perfect condition.

    11. Applicable law

    These terms and conditions are governed by French law.

    In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.
