Refund Policy

1. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with current legislation, the customer has 14 calendar days from product receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason.

2. Return conditions

To be eligible for a refund:

The product must be returned in its original condition
It must not have suffered any damage
All accessories, cables and supplied elements must be included
Original packaging should be kept if possible

The product must not show signs of excessive or abnormal use.

3. Return costs

Return costs are borne by the customer, except in case of defective product or shipping error.

4. Refund

Once the product is received and inspected:

The refund will be made via the original payment method
The refund period may be up to 14 days

ELKIOS reserves the right to defer the refund until the returned product has been received.

5. Damaged products

Any product returned damaged, incomplete or showing signs of inappropriate use may be subject to:

Refund refusal
Partial deduction corresponding to product depreciation

6. Defective product

In case of a confirmed defect upon receipt:

The customer must contact customer service within 48 hours with supporting photos or videos.

ELKIOS will offer:

A replacement
A refund
